Replace Water Filter

Notification Received:

• An alert is sent through the Ice Barrel App and displayed on the Chiller UI, signaling it's time to replace the water filter, including:
  • A link to purchase a new filter or information on compatible filters (App).
  • Basic replacement instructions and a QR code linking to detailed guidance (Chiller UI).

Preparation and Water Shutoff:

• Activate maintenance mode on the Chiller's UI.
• Shut the top and bottom bulkhead valves at the Ice Barrel to cut off water flow.

Removing the Old Water Filter:

• Locate the filter bowl at the Chiller's back.
• Position a towel or container below for any spills.
• Gently unscrew the bowl to access and remove the old filter.

Installing the New Water Filter:

• Dispose of the old filter following local regulations.
• Place the new filter into the bowl, ensuring a snug and correct fit.

Reassembling and Restoring Operations:

• Reattach the bowl with the new filter to the housing, securing it tightly.
• Reopen the bulkhead valves for water flow.
• Turn off maintenance mode to restart Chiller functions.

Final Checks:

• Inspect the filter area for any leaks.
• Once the new water filter is in place, choose "Resolve" on the app or Chiller UI to remove the alert.
