Clean Water Filter

Preparation and Water Shutoff:

• Select Settings in the Menu, then choose Maintenance Mode to halt cooling and circulation.
• Locate and close the bulkhead valves at the top and bottom of the Ice Barrel by turning the knobs so they are perpendicular with the bulkheads to stop water flow.

Removing the Water Filter:

• Find the water filter bowl on the Chiller's back.
• Place a towel or container underneath to catch any drips.
• Unscrew the bowl gently to access the water filter.

Cleaning the Water Filter:

• Take out the water filter and rinse it well with clean water.
• Use a soft brush for any stubborn sediment.
• Ensuring the filter is completely dry before reinstallation.

Reassembling and Restoring Operations:

• Return the clean filter to the bowl, screw it back securely, and ensure a proper seal.
• Open the bulkhead valves by turning the knobs so they’re realigned with the hose/bulkhead to reinitiate water flow.
• Exit maintenance mode to resume normal Chiller operations.

Final Steps:

• Check for leaks around the filter area. If there are leaks…
• Once the water filter is in place, choose "Resolve" on the app or Chiller UI to remove the alert.
