- After scanning, you can easily search for guidance on specific topics or troubleshooting issues within the support portal.
- Chiller notifications relevant to your current issues will include direct links to the Get Help section.
- For convenience, the Ice Barrel App provides quick access to specific support pages, making it easier to resolve issues directly from your mobile device. (Coming Soon)
