Chiller Tilt Alert
-
Immediate Action for Leveling
- Levelness Importance: The Chiller must be on stable and level ground for optimal functionality. The accelerometer sensor monitors the tilt, and maintaining levelness ensures the system operates correctly.
- Adjusting Chiller Position: Carefully adjust the Chiller's position to ensure it's level. Use a physical level tool for accuracy. Here are some tips:
- Place the level tool on top of the Chiller.
- Adjust the Chiller by lifting or lowering one side until the bubble in the level tool is centered.
- Ensure the ground beneath the Chiller is firm and stable to prevent future tilting.
-
Automatic Resumption of Operations:
- System Auto-Reset: Once the Chiller is leveled, it will automatically exit Protect Mode and resume its scheduled operations without the need for manual intervention.
- Monitoring Post-Leveling: Observe the Chiller after leveling to confirm it has successfully returned to its normal operational state.
-
Manual Restart (If Needed):
- Restart Instructions: If the Chiller does not automatically resume operations after being leveled, perform a manual restart:
- Press the power button for 3 seconds to power off the Chiller.
- Wait a brief period.
- Press the power button for 3 seconds again to power it back on.
- System Check: After restarting, ensure the Chiller operates as expected and that all scheduled activities are active.
-
Resolving the Notification:
- Notification Persistence: The "Chiller Tilt Alert" notification will persist until the issue is fully resolved, ensuring you are aware of the critical nature of maintaining levelness.
- Manual Clearing: Once the Chiller is confirmed to be level and operational, manually clear the notification via the app or Chiller UI, signifying the resolution of the tilt issue.
-
